New Zealand-2 Varieties of the QV-1882-1900-Sixpence (Brown) Postage Stamp-Illustrated

Illustrated below are two of the variations of the 1882-1990 Queen Victoria New Zealand postage stamps. Originally issued in 1882 and continued until 1900 the 6 Pence issue of the set used 2 Dies in its production. There were also minor colour changes and different perforations used in the eight years the stamp was produced. One of the varieties is the colour change of brown, the original 1882 colour, to either deep-brown (1896) or brown-black (1892) as illustrated here.
