In 1904 a new set of stamps were issued for Trinidad. The 1 Penny design changed again. The same seated Britannia was used but in this issue printed in black on red paper, then re-issued again in 1907 in rose-red on white paper. The black on red paper shows the oval "O" in the "ONE PENNY" value as in the 1896 issue of postage stamps. The 1907 issue was printed from a new die. The spear-tip of Britannia breaks the shading line just below the border.
