Queen Victoria 1899 Aniline Carmine 3 Pies Postage Stamp-Illustrated

Illustrated below is the late Victorian issue for the Indian Convention State of Patiala. The stamp was issued in 1899 and was the only stamp issued for use in India that year. In 1900 the colour was changed for the 3 pies issue from carmine to grey.
